Robert L. Dickie III is currently serving as CEO for Team (watch video), an international leadership development company headquartered in Flint, MI. He accepted this position upon transitioning out of the United States Air Force, where he was a Captain and personal Aide-de Camp for General William J. Begert.

While earning his Bachelors degree at the University of Tennessee, Robert was on a track scholarship where he was captain of the track and cross-country teams and participated in three NCAA national championship meets and set a Tennessee track record in the 3,000 meter run. While completing his Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas he set a military NATO steeple chase record in Europe and later was the 3rd American finisher at the 2003 Boston Marathon.

He is a member of the University of Tennessee Letterman's Association, an officer of the charitable organization All Grace Outreach, and is a deacon at Berean Baptist Church in Grand Blanc, MI. The Rising Tide of Capitalism
The topic of economics has been an underlying theme during discussions with Orrin Woodward when conversing on business and politics. On more than one occasion we have discussed the disparity of results in a capitalistic society and the resulting outcome that it produces both economically and socially.
